I can't disable avast premium security

Hi!

I would like to know how to disable avast premium Security after having disabled Avast Cleanup Premium. Avast premium doesn’t appears in my suscriptions list.

When i send a email to support avast, they said :

Bonjour,

Merci d’avoir contacté AVAST Software.

Après avoir consulté votre adresse e-mail, nous avons pu vérifier que le renouvellement automatique de votre abonnement a déjà été arrêté.

Votre commande arrivera à expiration à la fin de sa période de validité.

It’s not avast premium security who has been stopped but Avast cleanup.

The Avast Premium Security was registered under a different email address (gmail.fr).
It has now been cancelled.

I don’t understand why when i did it with my first “gmail.com”. Maybe, i didn’t see it well. So, how i can disable, now, avast premium security please ??

Because, it doesn’t appear yet in my suscriptions

Hi,

The subscriptions for both Avast Cleanup Premium and Avast Premium Security have been cancelled. You used gmail.com for Cleanup and gmail.fr for Avast Premium Security.
When you say “disable” do you mean you want to uninstall it? Please see this guide: https://support.avast.com/fr-fr/article/Uninstall-Antivirus-Utility/

Yes, uninstall it but i fear that they would take money from the free try. tha’t why i have posted.

Hi,

The subscription (auto-renewal) has been cancelled so you will not be charged.
You can continue to use the application (if you wish) until the license expires on Jun/14/2021.
