idem ! le pire c’est que j’ai été débitée à 00h40 et 7h plus tard ils me disent qu’il me reste 28 jours avant la fin de mon abonnement ! c’est du vol !!!
Same here, very irritating, if I answered your questions why I want refund just give me refund. I canceled the service last year you billed me again anyway. I’ve initiated a dispute with Paypal and reported to BBB. Screw Avast horrible company.
I have exhausted myself trying to reach anyone. Spent two hours on hold and over four hours waiting on chat.
I will expose avast and advise people not to use this through my channels.
