I recently filed a claim for a double charge I got for Avast Driver Updater, which I was told had a double licence that I have no idea how I ended up having.
I made the claim on customer support and got answered by a lady called “Luisana”.
She gave me options out of this issue and I accepted.
But upon writing my reply, this was the answer I received:

- Visit our Customer Support website https://support.avast.com for help with your Avast product, subscription, billing, or technical issue.
- Reply to the relevant email thread in your inbox to continue an ongoing conversation with Customer Support.
Please don’t reply to this email.

This happened twice in a row. Does this mean I am unable to get in touch with Avast support by replying to their messages? Do I need to open a new ticket?
Any help or tips would be appreciated.
