Hello, I have the following problem:
On July 7th, I purchased Premium Security for one year. However, I did not receive a confirmation email for the order. The Amazon order does show an activation key, but when I enter it, I get a message saying the code is incorrect and that I should enter the one from the confirmation email—which I never received.
Is there any way you could send me the email or help me activate the product somehow?
