i payed for my account to have one year of protection and i did not receive it!

i have it in my banking that i payed so i know its not a problem with my payment!

Make sure it’s not in your spam folder.

i used the wrong email when i got it apparently.

i followed the instructions for adding it on to my account and downloaded the licence file and when i try to inter the file it brings up a box that says:

“Unable to insert the license file.”
“The license file does not contain any valid license”
