If you don’t have an account - this is very likely to be a SCAM from a spammer.

There have been a number of cases like this (for many popular antivirus programs) in the hope you will contact them (if you actually have Avast installed you may probably do that), ringing a number in the email, etc. This just gives them another scamming input (your phone number).

They may also seek to confirm the details in the email, even your bank details, I would say never do this in unsolicited emails.
