I Posted a message named “I did not receive avast confirmation, but bank charge my credit card after two weeks.” at 1st May.
Then I call your telephone service by 855-745-3255 the day before yesterday. At that time, two persons answered my call and assure me you will refund and call back. But neither my post nor my tutamail receive your reply. So does my phone.
If you still send some infomation to my outlook email which I was told it is a previous registered email and payment account, I am afraid free outlook email has barrier receive it in china.
In a nutshell. bitdefender’s community is more efficient than avast. If avast’s community recognize my previous post is very rude or violation of posting rules,you may reply me directly, because bitdefender had ever notify me explictly and quickly in the past.Otherwise, I even suspect avast’s community can not see my words and picture due to chinese network great wall.

Firstly I’m not an Admins or moderators but an volunteer community helper.
Why you don’t have any replies to your previous post may be because we community helpers cannot do anything for payment issues; all we can do is to advice to contact customer support channel like you already did.
Appearance of official Avast staff decreased in recent years. As a long-time Avast user it’s unfortunate for sure.
But last time Avast official staff arrived, they stated that they are trying to catch up for refund; so try to wait a few more days and if it’s not working, then contact them again with all details included.

I think your website has definitely some problem, this time I can hardly log in my avast account, then I also don’t receive any recovery email to reset my password by tutamail.
Now I urgently need some information of refund to feedback to my bank, but my international cost on mobile phone is very high, if you willing to help me to contact some official Avast staff ,please give me the relative email.

As this community needs log-in using Avast Account, you should be (and surely did) able to log-in to your account. You’re in China so some network issue might be there.
I don’t have official support e-mail, but you can contact via webform, not telephone. Response may be slow though.
