Hi people just thought I would say I have been using avast free for sometime and it worked rather well. So I was offered a pretty good deal to upgrade in August where I got Avast cleanup and premier for $40 anyways I got smashed with a virus that avast didnt pick up but malwarebytes did. Anyways the Avast hud keeps playing up with all the wording gone so I have no idea what to select, most of the buttons are gone and I cant install cleanup again on my PC the same one I bought it for as it says it is already in use by another PC. Now since I paid for it I have had nothing but problems with it and now avast security online keeps getting a extension error (This extension failed to redirect a network request to chrome-extension://gomekmidlodglbbmalcneegieacbdmki/common/mocks/empty.js because another extension (KB SSL Enforcer) redirected it to https://ib.adnxs.com/ut/v2. doesnt seem valid but whatever. I just want my copy of cleanup back and the damn Avast program to work properly, otherwise this bought version is the biggest scam I have come across. FIX IT AVAST.
No antivirus software is 100% perfert. You might have other malware stored in your pc. Just to be safe follow these instructions in this link https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 and a malware expert will assist you further.
