I got billed from avast, so I started the free 60 days trial even I didn’t get any email verification from avast, but after some time my computer got messed up so I backed it up to some date, so avast premium also got back to free version i had…and today I got billed I don’t have any information about my avast account no id or order number…What should i do?

It’s my first time and last to give credit info for that stuff, I tried to Resend paid license file but my email is not registerd, but i loged in avast profile with mail, and I have acc but there are NO subscriptions. I only have referance number on transaction. What should I do, I’am an idiot for this things

If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
