I Had To Do A Fresh Install For Avast Pro 6 Antivirus

I have had Avast Pro Antivirus for a while now. I used the Internal Updater to update to Avast 6. I had problems with one of the new features, “WebRep.” It would not work for IE (plug-in wouldn’t install). I’m running Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit. In order to solve the problem, I had to uninstall Avast, then re-install Version 6. That corrected the problem. I am just posting this in case anyone else has any similar problems. :slight_smile:

I have Avast 6.0.1000 and although I had Webrep last month, it isn’t there now (I updated Firefox).
I look under the additional protection tab, and don’t find a webrep option.
Where am I supposed to find this option to re-install it?
