I have secure VPN license and it doesnt work

Hi, im in Italy and my license is not accepted from secure VPN server. Why? it was working till yesterday!
I paied 1 year for having this license and i need it to work!

I already did it. I uninstal and reinstall and it doesnt work! My license is valid till november 2019

I cant read english so much! i wanna talk to Italian customer care! it’s not possible !

I just checked it and it seems there’s no Italian support yet.

yes ok but the same my vpn doest work SECURELINE VPN REFUSE MY LICENSE and it’s valid!
