Good Morning,

I have two avast! accounts, and I’d like to bring them together.
I have to get back some information from one account to the other because one of my cell was stolen five months ago.
My accounts are registred with two different mails, and I’d like to conserve the information of each one, so I can’t just close one.
I when I try to add a mail from one account, it’s impossible because it’s already used for the other account.

This is a bit of non standard access. We will discuss it with the team and see what we can do. I will keep you posted.

Ok. Here is are resume. While we will not be able to merge two account as it has too many implications in too many services (my.avast.com is just one of those services), we will add a feature to migrate device(s) from one account to another. Hopefully this should solve your problem. It should be included in one of our upcoming releases. I will let you know once it is live.
