I infected new virus from MSN network name IMG-0012.ZIP

I infected this virus today. it work as sending the virus file to my MSN account. and all anty virus can not found. the program that i used are avast, NOD32, kaspersky, and bitdefender.

i also used AIMFIX, NOD32 virusMSN IRCBOT FIX, MSN WORM REMOVER. they were not success to clean up or found it.

Help me to fix this

I got hit with this too, Spybot found nothing. AVG had priority update so rescanning with that in hope. Looks like this is new today. This came from a trusted friend who it seems doesnt know hes infected as its still trying to send it my main comp thats not infected and hes afk. I thought I was so careful…- AVG just found 2 files in c-windows-system - they are a copy of IMG-0012.zip and a file called lsass.exe both listed as Trojan horse SHeur.MMG. AVG is still running

edit - add system now seems clear, but rerunning AVG on windows just to be sure.

It will be good if you download, install, update and run SUPERantispyware, Spyware Terminator and/or a-squared (take care about false positives).
If any infection is detected, better and safer is send the file to Quarantine than to simple delete than.
