You should find it in the email with the license.
This is the problem - I don’t have the email any more… No idea where it’s gone… Believe me i’ve searched everywhere!
With most websites you can go to a payments or billing page and list the payments or invoices from previous purchases…?
Do you have a my(dot)avast(dot)com account?
Do you still use the same email address you used to purchased your license?
It’s very important that you do because that is what avast uses to send or “resend” your purchased license(s).
And if you did not close out that email account and you failed to untick the auto-payment you may get a rude surprise
at the end of you license period. Without that email it might be impossible for avast to chase it down.

Yes I still use the same email address… I just somehow lost the confirmation email from Avast and now I need the invoice for our accountant… I couldn’t find a “resend invoice” button anywhere on any of the portals / client software…

Ahh! Awesome thanks… That’s what i was looking for… So I got the license file and looked in it and saw my customer number, but no sign of an order number which is what I need to “look up my order”…?

However there is still no sign of the order number anywhere on the email - not in the subject, body or the license file attachment.

Please check your Spam folder for an email that says:
Name_Surname, thank you for becoming an Avast customerHere is a summary of your order, plus the installation instructions and several links you might find useful.
I just sent it once more.

Hi Tried purchasing the Avast Premium Security 1yr,1pc. Amount of 1068/- successfully paid though my credit card to “Avenue India avast c Mumbai” on 7th April,2020.
But I did not received the activation code .
