It’s been impossible to renew my Avast subscription. I’ve been trying to renew it, but the payment never goes through. I only have two options — credit card, which I’ve already tried with three different ones, and PayPal, which I don’t have and I’m not going to create just for this. I also can’t get in touch with support at all. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Is there any direct support channel? Is the issue only happening to me, or is it a bug?
