i need some help please..

I am highly protected with avast aol bprotection there antivirus, there spy ware etc. but some how someone changed the profile and got on the main screen name , could that mean they also key logged? what are the chances of this and how could this happen ? they made a whole new profile and were spammming Holy rooms.!!! Now what do i do ?? i just deleted a trojan-gen with avast - could that have been it ? PLEASE HELP here is a copy of my registry --Logfile of HijackThis v1.98.2

Some additional Info:

  • before you fix anything with hijackthis, MOVE or UNPACK hijackthis.exe to a new empty folder, or you might loose all its backups

  • Decide WHICH VirusShield you want active, either avast’s or McAfee’s
    → it’s usually not a good idea to have two on-Demand-Scanners running together
