I purchased Avast Premium but it tells me 'No subscriptions here yet...'

So to make a long story short, I purchased Avast Premium from my phone (since my computer is filled with viruses and I’m not trusting it with my credit card information) and when I logged in to my account (via gmail) from my computer I’ve been told I have yet to buy any subscriptions whatsoever.

I don’t get it, it shows up and works just fine in my phone.

Is it exclusively on my phone? Please help

It seems that you made your purchase via the Google Play store and cancelled your subscription.
Once you cancel a subscription, it’s removed from the My subscriptions page.

I re-activated it and it still says I don’t have any subscriptions that I’ve paid for.

Are you logged in on the app? (Menu >My subscriptions >Signed in as (here you should see the email address you used for the subscription)

Yep, logged in and everything. I can see my email address on the ‘My subscriptions’, but it still doesn’t seem to work on my computer.

Currently, Avast Security Premium will not appear in your “My subscriptions” if purchased via the Google Play store.
You will have to manage your subscription via the Google Play store https://myaccount.google.com/payments-and-subscriptions
