Try not to use Caps Lock ok?
Just go to Add-Remove Programs select avast! and click Remove.
New panel will appear. Select change and add/remove providers as you wish.

sorry about caps. so does that mean i can’t get these providers back and i have to delete and re-install avast home edition? ???

No, when you do as RejZor says and click remove you will be presented with four options :
Change
Uninstall
Update
Repair

Click ‘Change’ and then ‘next’ and you will get a list of things you can add or remove, just add the providers
you removed before and click ‘Next’

Or click the blue ‘a’ blue then ‘details’ and select a provider you deleted before and then click ‘start’ repeat for the other provider.

;D Thank You problem is solved

Actually, the solution was unnecessarily complicated
If the providers were only stopped, the following is enough to start them:

  1. Click on the avast! icon in the system tray - the “On-Access Scanner” window opens.
  2. Click “Details…”, if not already expanded
  3. Select the stopped provider and click “Start” button
The same window, asking if you want to persist the change, will appear. If you answer Yes, the provider will be automatically started again.
