I tried to download Antivirus Free and it did not work.

The installer said that there was a setup error. I have attached a copy of the setup log for additional information.

I’ve had this problem too and tried the offline installer, it’s worked just fine but when I try to update the virus definitions and software it doesn’t work, it also won’t let me log in to connect my device.
