Hi. I wonder if there is a way that I can use the Swedish version of Avast and still have the voice of the Avast lady. I love it when she tells me that my virus definitions has been updated.

Go to http://www.avast.com/audio
Find the box (on the left) that says List of Official Languages select the language you want (I presume English here) and click on the download arrow.
This will then give the option to download the soundpack.
Save the soundpack somewhere you can keep for later, and once done, simply doubleclick the soundpack.
This will open avast to install. Follow the prompts and then it is installed. 
If, at a later date you want to remove them, go to the avast settings - sounds - delete custom sounds
