I want to cancel my Avast Cleanup Premium 60 days trial auto-renewal

I tried Avast Cleanup Premium and there is no subscription of it on my account so i can’t cancel auto-renewal before i get charged. Please cancel my auto-renewal.

I don’t believe it would be on your account as it is in the Trial phase.

Now if you set up a payment mandate to activate at the end of the trial you would have to cancel/delete that - check this out.

It says next charge is in 60 days, i tried filling support tickets 2 times to cancel my auto-renewal but all it does is giving me their support phone numbers, i’m not good at speaking english and don’t want to get charged for long distance phone call since im from europe.

This is actually so insane how they make you spend hours and hours just to cancel auto-renewal on their ‘‘free trial’’, only reason i tried this free trial because it said you won’t get charged if you cancel subscription before the date and they don’t let you cancel it yourself. Also i saw some people who failed at canceling auto-renewal and didn’t get any reply’s on their threads on this forum and got charged anyways.

I don’t work for Avast, I’m trying to point you in the right direction.

Thank you alot for trying to help. It seems there is no way for me to cancel auto-renewal before they charge me though. They have no email to contact and people who works there don’t respond. Seems like a complete scam. I’m just worried i won’t get my refund back if there is no way to chat or message them and i can’t call them directly for reasons i mentioned before.

As far as I’m aware you should be able to cancel a trial payment mandate before the payment date.

They basically say that i have to cancel subscription but there is nothing on my subscription page thats the reason i can’t. Unless they give an option for me to cancel at the end of trial.

Unfortunately I’m out of ideas - but there should be a point in those links where you exhaust the suggestions.

Yea i sent 3 tickets of this explaining the situation and in the end they just give me phone numbers to call, all their suggestions in links you gave me sends me back to ‘‘cancel subscription manually logged in the account’’ obviously there is no option for me to do that or they send me to fill this support ticket and nothing else. This is clearly intentional to make it as hard or impossible for people to cancel renewal after they got spammed nonstop to try their ‘‘free trial’’.
