a question, malwarebytes anti malware already installed on my computer I have 5 months or more … I do upgrade the program only? or uninstall and reinstall the malwarebytes?

Spanish is no manual that explains how to use these tools specifically OTL and aswMBR? do not understand much english…

Just update the definitions.

and what I say if there is a manual in Spanish for those tools?

avast, you do not need to know how to use the tools… “asyn” will help you to use the tools…

just follow the instructions…

most people don’t know how to use the tools… those who do are people who have been trained in using them…

just follow the instructions, like when it says to run a scan and then click “clean”, you can do that, right?

or, when it says to run a scan and attach the scan-log, you can do that right?

if, according to you… but thought this a manual in Spanish, I do not understand much English…

I have to temporarily disable the antivirus, I have to log into Safe Mode and then some to run these tools?

You just need to run MBAM, AdwCleaner, OTL, and aswMBR.exe. You already know how to do it for MBAM and AdwCleaner. You told me you have used them before.

For OTL and aswMBR.exe I told you to read this instructions in Spanish I gave some other member, and he/she was successfull in doing so. http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=135690.msg993386#msg993386

After you run your programs you only have to attach them here like it is shown in the same Spanish reply I gave you above.

Also If it is to dificult for you to understand, it would be a good idea for you to seek help here:

You do not need to disable your AV or do anything in Safe Mode. Sometimes OTL or aswMBR.exe will not run because MBAM so if you have it active ( Pro ) just unclick the protection modules and exit MBAM.

Here are the reports of all programs that have asked me perform:

Why do you think you have an infection ?

As I mention in the post, but I do not know, I think maybe my computer is infected … I have attached the reports, you see something?

Nope, what problems are you experiencing ?

so you see that everything is clean in the reports? since the problem I’ve mentioned, is before yesterday avast! alerted me to a web page infected, and previously also happened to me…

If it was a webshield alert then the connection was broken before anything was saved on your computer, you are safe

it would help if you would give more specific details about the “webshield”-alert… it you saw the alert while you were just surfing the internet, it probably is nothing to worry about… however, if you are seeing the same alert, repeatedly, indicating that something on your computer is trying to “phone home”, that is different…

some other people have reported that they are getting repeated webshield-alerts, where something on their computer is trying to “phone home”, to download a malicious file… see this thread, for example:

http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=133434.0

so, you need to give more specific details… again, if you just happened to try to open a webage and it was blocked, that is nothing to worry about… but if you are repeatedly getting the same alerts when something on your computer is trying to “phone home”, that is different…

ok, but clean the reports I have given? RogueKiller.exe pass you advise me?
