I was charged after cancelling

I was charged after cancelling, I tried the customer service but it was non existent.

Yeah, I am not sure what is going on with this. It says my subscription is ending on the 27th and it does not automatically renew. I don’t even remember setting that one up first of all. And then it claims in red that it does not automatically renew, then why are you charging me 71 dollars. Luckily, I am broke so they not getting any money. Then the website has the nerve to say update payment method after you tried to charge me 4 times at 5 in the morning like a thief in the night. I never upgraded my Avast stuff and it still says I haven’t so I am confused. And I am also not getting a response with this phone number. They just picked up and said no one should be charging you and there is no payment. Of course there’s no payment, I didn’t have enough. So that call got me nowhere and I waited an hour for it. And you can’t cancel the account because it says the subscription keeps going anyway. If you are paying through Paypal, you can go to paypal settings and hit “Stop Paying With Paypal” in the subscription or autopay section.
