I was charged after my cancellation

I had cancelled the subscription for Cleanup before I was charged. I don’t know why it automatically renewed my subscription again without any of my operating. It just happened. Please refund that money. Thank you.

You can submit a refund request. If you cancelled close to your auto payment mandate it could have gone through before it was actioned.
