I was charged for subscription that was deactivated

I de-activated VPN subscription but received a bill for taking money from my account for whole year!

We have a similar problem. I paid 1 year of License and they already cut my service due to a supposed reimbursement request. I am waiting for a fair and legal solution.

You had a response by an Avast Team member, in your other topic. Until that is resolved one way or another they are unlikely to reactivate the license.
