The refund was processed on the same day as the auto-renewal charge.
It is possible that the money never left your bank account.
Please ask your bank if the money actually left your account.
It is possible that your bank only held it but never released it.

Did you visit or call your bank to confirm that the amount of 282.45 SAR was actually sent to Avast/DigitalRiver?
Since the transactions were so close to each other, it might be that 282.45 SAR was never sent to Avast/DigitalRiver.
It has been like this for other users under similar circumstances.
