I cant seem to get rid of this virus.
Ive tried the AVG anti-virus, Trend Micro System Cleaner
It’s already in the AVG Virus vault some are cleaned/healed but there are a few that cant be healed.
But there is still an alert popping up Saying Treat detected.
How can i get rid of this virus i’ve tried looking it up but i cant seem to find a cure.
im very new at this so i dont know the terms/actions to be done.

Please help!

Please, uninstall AVG antivirus before trying (testing) avast.

We will need more information to be able to help you:

  • Which OS are you using? Is it up to date?
  • What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number?
  • What was the filename and path where the virus was found?
  • Which actions have you taken to try solving the problem?
  • Do you use a firewall? Which one?
  • Do you have any other antivirus installed in your system?
  • Any other security programs that could interfere?
  • Any useful information into Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Events, specially ‘Errors’.
