Adam Riley asked if I yogi was past experience or recommended by AVast. REcommended by Avast.I took service for 3 years, I only used 2. I yogi said I got full virus protection with their service. I got Windows Live Essentiels free download from I Yogi. I was told by I Yogi tech I had to buy Mc Afee 69.99 from I Yogi. I demanded a full refund 339.99. I was told no chargeback or wire transfer could be done. I Yogi said 339.99 was sent by cheque since Sept 19/11. Every week since, I have been told they are checking. Still no money. I Yogi service is deplorable. I had a clean install by I Yogi techs. I had windows 7 put in as a clean install 3 times.I asked dont we delete the partition? Answer was no. Four copies of windows, and old apps. were in my pc. It was a mess. I wound up doing it myself.A comand prompt was left in my PC with no ID. It was open by error and it removed all security and some programs. It took 3 days and 10 hours to put security back. Avast free security seems to work well, but i would be
inclined to buy Avast, were itnot for I Yogi. My son had the same experience, all drivers were shut down purposely at one point, due to a disagreement with a tech. I Yogi admitted it. This is not reputable bussiness practices as I know it. I have to wonder why Avast supports I Yogi and recommends it.
