When trying to view my CT scan Avast detected IDP.generic nd shut down the application. Now I cannot view my CT scans. I just paid $204 for Premium Tech support and they were not able to resolve and said they had to research further. Can anyone help me?
Have you tried adding the URL of the CT Scan location to the Avast.
See the attached image of how I have added some before, this is the format they should be entered using the /* at the front and end is a wildcard so you don’t have to enter multiple entries for sub domains or the main domain.
