iHave Avast Ultimate but Passwords and Cleanup won't open: License not accepted!

I have Avast Utimate 10 devices (4 services)

A) PREMIUM SECURITY ANTIVIRUS

B) VPN SECURELINE

C) CLEANUP PREMIUM
(value 79,99 $ CA / An) (PC, Mac, Android)

D) PASSWORDS PREMIUM
(value 19,99 $ CA / An) (1 PC Windows uniquement)
=> VALEUR TOTALE : 304,99 $ CA / An
Total value 304,96 - paid special 139,99$

Problems:

  • Since july i am not able to open Avast Password
  • On my cell, Cleanup won’t recognise license

I have suppress all avast apps and reinstalled them.
I have tried with 3 Google accounts.
I am discouraged.

Someone knows how to repair this please? :thinking:

I am not sure how to understand your answer?
You have posted me the links to 2 other parts of the forum:

  • Section for Passwords
    Section for Cleanup.

But my problem is not about how making it work…

My problem is about license not recognised ;
it is a license of Avast Premium Security Ultimate
so i have posted my problem in section of Avast Premium Security.

So are you telling me that in sections about Password or Cleanup,
they will be able to help me about license of Avast Premium Security ?
