Hi! I’ve been trying to get a refund for my order on the SecureLine VPN as it does not work for my needs. I bought the subscription three days ago, and since that day, I’ve been trying to reach out to customer service, always receiving the same email that there had been a problem processing my request.
I did NOT receive any confirmation email about my order (yes I checked the junk folder), and I had no account prior to buying the subscription so it is not linked to any account. Yes, I did create an account using the same email I gave when purchasing.
Can anyone help me? I live in Europe so the numbers to call are not an option in my case.
