Infected Computer...Please advise

This computer has multiple users, do i need to run a hijackthis log for each? The log included is from the main user who has admin priv. Spyax 3.0 is also present. Any advise on how to remove the garbage on this computer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

OK that’s it.Now try on of these online scanners(or all of them preferably) Trend Micro Housecall , Bitdefender online scan , Kaspersky online scan
Download yourself EWIDO suite and try a scan with that one.Also if you don’t already have them… Spybot , Ad-Aware and this one for resident protection(only install it when you are clean OK? SpywarBlaster

 program which you should ask the experts to help remove.
