Infected enlocstr.exe file?

I need help with the “enlocstr.exe file”. Ran Avast today, and it came up with this file being infected with Win32 Malware-gen. Found that file in Windows and scanned it with Anti Maleware Bites, and Ad-Aware and came up negative. Then scanned again with Avast, and still came up infected. It then gave me the option to clean the file. According to Avast, it did clean it. I then did another scan thinking all is well, and it came up again in the same location. However upon that scan, I sent it to the virus vault and did yet another scan. Avast came up with nothing. I went back into C\WINDOWS\system32, and enlocstr.exe was not there. I need to know if this is just a self contained maleware file that I can just delete. Or is this a critical XP system file that needs to be cleaned and reinstalled. So far, I have gone through everything I can think of (Opening and Closing Programs), E-Mail, games, web surfing. DVD player, Windows Media Player, Real Player and etc. And everything seems good!

Is this a concern and a real virus? And if so, may I ask where do I go from here? Thanks

It would be good to go to PROFILE and at lease add your Country.
