I am disabled and looking for on line businesses that I might want to do. In my search I ran across a site in my spam that set off my avast. I am not supposed to post spam and so will not. If someone wants to check it out, please reply and I will give you the address. I am not sure what else to do with this information. I do not have the experience to mess with possibly infected stuff. I have had a bad experience with a win32 type of virus and not wanting to chance anymore.

If this is in a spam folder I personally wouldn’t be checking out unsolicited email for any reason and more so not visiting links in unsolicited email/spam or otherwise.
I do not have the answers to most of that. All I did was click delete in the avast which stopped the mail from opening and the avast went quiet. I still have it if someone wanted to look at it. Otherwise I am going to delete it. It may not be anything. My avast reacts when secondaries do not. When it does, I stop what I started and close it up. If I already have a zip file that caused an alert, I put it in the chest and send it to avast. I then delete what is left and clean any residual leftovers out. I am selective about the spam that I look at. Most is deleted without being looked at. The WIN 32 that I had came with an Windows update. So I have learned that spam is not the only thing to be aware of.

Trust me, it is not. It will take a lot of time, money and work to get to a point where you are able to make enough money to make a (minimal) living out of it. There are however some options that you can try to create a income for yourself by using the internet. Here are some things that come to mind:

It requires a own domain name, webspace, knowledge of scripts, promotion/advertising, and you have to offer things that others don’t while there is still a market for it. Or you have to offer things for a much lower price than others - Become a member of the gpt sites.
In the beginning it will only take a lot of time and will not pay much. Certainly not enough to make living. Later on it may provide you earnings that are enough to make a living. - Start your own repair store
Ofcourse you need the tools to do the repairs, have the space to store things etc. And it depends a lot on your knowledge, experience and how you aproach people.
