If you quarantine a system file is it usable anymore? What if the file is somewhat important to the OS? (I don’t know if mine is or isn’t, I never heard of them before). What do you do in that case? I do have a backup (uninfected) system file but not a XP CD.
Infected:
C:\A0196452.exeSystem Volume Information [TRJ Delphi]
C:\A0196454.exeSystem Volume Information [Ad-agent]
Windows\system\bo.exe [Adware]
Windows\oeunist.exe [Istbar-M]
WIndows\system32\Thin-75-1-1-X-X.exe [Ad-agent]
No, you can restore or extract a file from Quarentine (Chest).
Anyway, all files you’re showing seem to be infected and won’t harm your system if they stay in Chest.
Is your system showing any strange behavior by the absence of these files?
From what you have posted, it seems there is no apt anti-spyware protection on your machine. Try to see if your system is clean with a free scan from spyaudit. If so, install the so-called three free musketeers, as there are Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, and SpywareBlaster, but only on a fully cleansed system.

Also install a good anti-trojan program like ewido, or for Win 98SE or ME: a-squared (free). And always remember only ONE resident Anti-virus and ONE software firewall to be installed under all circumstances.
