infected with desktop smiley toolbar

About a week ago when i was browsing the internet and there was a advertisement for installing a toolbar.
(url: http://www.desktopsmiley.com)
I downloaded it and tried to scan with avast. it doesn’t find virus so i installed it.

in the first few day everything is fine, it just a IE toolbar with some searching function.

later it starts to pop up some advertisement!
i believe the pc was infected and the latest installed software was that toolbar.
so i try to scan toolbar installer using virustotal, here is the link of report:

Hi blueocean,

Try a scan with DrWeb CureIT!

Try the usual free adware/spyware scanners.

Spybot Search & Destroy
SUPERAntiSpyware Free
a-Squared Free
Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

Download, install and update the programs.
Always select the option to quarantine any malware found rather than delete it, then you will be able to restore files or registry entries wrongly identified as malware- a rare but not unknown event for any malware scanner.

Don’t ever download smilies unless you KNOW the site has no viruses
