Ok, im pretty sure im infected by a virus. I have found all that there is in the C drive. My internet explorer closes randomly and then comes up with an error message. But sometimes when I click on a link it closes even without an error message. I looked it up and it seems that I have a virus that most likey is causing this, what can I do to make it stop, and where would the virus that’s causing this most likely be???
First thing to do is determine whether you have a virus or malware
Please download Deckard’s System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
[*]Close all other windows before proceeding.
[*]Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
[*]When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt – please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
