Infection through Google search page?

Hello,

I was just surfing the web, when I entered some key words in my Google chrome adress bar. It directed me to the Google search page with all the found links. While I was still on the search page I got an avast popup saying: Threat blocked: Infection: JS:injection-I [trj] Proces: c:\program files (x86)\Google\Chrome\application\chrome.exe. The website that was blocked was the first website google search found. I have not clicked anything on the search page, yet I get this pop up. Should I take action on this? And how is it possible that I get a threat blocked while I havent even accessed this website?
Virus scan showed no virusses
Mbam scan showed no malware.

I’ll add a screenshot of the popup down below.

Thanks in advance!
