When trying to access my Avast account it responds with mobile data connection is disabled. Yet I can successfully connect to my Google Drive account on the phone.

Also is there a user manual and/or installation manual for Avast that I can download?

Problem solved. The error message was referring to the Android OS, not Avast. Silly me, I just thought all references would be to Avast unless otherwise stated.

I have been trying for weeks to get someone to help me install on my mobile. No luck. Now, my phone is completely shut down due to spam, bad emails, I needed someone to help me clean it out. Now i have no service at all. I am 79 years old and need my phone for emergencies. If you can’t or won’t help me, I will look for someone else. This is a scary situation for me.. Everything I have read gives me a phone number to call. How do you think I am supposed to do that? my phone is completely dark.
