I installed Avast, thinking I need to be safer. Now I cannot access a single website, not even my google drive. Please advise!

Not a single website (yet you managed to get here ?).
What Avast Program/s are you using ?
Did you remove/disable your previous antivirus ?
Why can’t you access a single site, e.g. are you getting an Avast Alert or an error message ?
If so please give details. A screenshot of any Avast alert with more details option selected or the site error message could help.
