"Internal Server Error!Please try again later" on GrimeFighter INSTALLATION

DEAR ALL,

I’m new to AVAST GrimeFighter, bought a stand-alone software recently. After downloading the free GrimeFighter installer from AVAST website, I was not successful, in many attempts, to install, or availment of the “use license” icon within the GrimeFighter window/environment…
How could I successfully install GrimeFighter by making use of the license I bought?

According to your latest post http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=149395.msg1088398 you have windows 8 and Grimefighter is not compatible with windows 8.

Ask for a refund from where you purchased.
