Hi,just this moment,Avast is deleting my IDman.exe and also the installer of IDM…is it a possible False Positive guys? Thanks.

Thank you for replying Sir Pondus…kindly wait for the scan result…my current connection is in bad shape today due to badweather in our area.Will post it ASAP after successful upload to virustotal.
Edit:some kind hearted guys provided me with the result:
Weird thing is that when i am to scan the .exe, there was no threat detected but whenever i try to right-click on the file,avast will immediately delete the file. :-\ the previous version of IDM which was the build 7 doesnt have this kind of problem with avast… and by the way,i have the latest Program version and Virus Definitions of Free Avast .

I am…not quite sure…You see, i was prompted that a new version of IDM is available and i download it from their official site for sure.I was able to install it 5 hours ago but as of this moment,the IDMan.exe together with the installer that i use previoulsy were all deleted…As a precaution, i did a Full system scan with Avast but no Threat were Detected… :-\
I also included the virustotal result for the IDMan.exe which is the Launcher of the program.

I just tried updating to 6.25 Build 8 Final and avast! blocks IDMan.exe and halts the update process. It’s a legitimate copy of the program trying to update itself. Had to temporarily disable avast! in order to update IDM.
try run a manual update and reboot computer … still problem?
