If I have Avast active my internet completely stops working, this start two or three days ago. What do I do? 100% Avast problem since it works perfectly, like now when I have the antivirus disabled.
Perform a clean installation with the off-line installer for the latest avast version.

Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed
