all published Avast phone numbers inclusive US numbers are declared invalid. When I use my number in both of UK and EU format it is declared invalid by Avast. The only way I can email them is declared invalid. In the meantime I have serous computer problems concerning Avast software
What would be handy would be to say what these serious problems are.

Quite simple really. I HAD two laptops registered at Avast with diffferent email addresses. (They knew about that - no secret. Laptop 1 was a good but ancient Hewlett Packard equipped with Avaast Ultima (the VPN never worked properly and they couldn’t fix it) whilst laptop 2 - a present, is a lenovo with some single Avast do everything antivirus.

Laptop 1 went up in electrical problem and is dead, irreparable. Can I get the remaining Avast Ultimate subscriptio transferrd to the Lenovo?. The address you have used was the HP dead machine.
That said, because the Lenovo is so attrocious I may have to get something which actually works properly.
Are you not able to login to your Avast Account, you should be able to do it from there.

In the circumstances (ex hot metal) the requirements cannot7 be satisfied so I suppose I am being fined the rest of the subscription
Since they avoid any contact with customers how do I tell them not to debit my bank account for either computer?
Just had a memo on the living laptop which has (I hope) the security saying that I am totally open despite having paid for security. At least I don’t use this for secure work but makes obe hink about the magic Avast

cannot log in for 3 reasons 1. The workable computer has been destroyed 2. The remaining computer is 110% UNreliable. This morning simply deleted every file or the screen. 3. No reliable addresses to get to Avast - everything is wrong
