Invalid License

Hi there,

This may not be the correct place to request for support, but Im writing here out of lack of better options. I bought Avast4 Pro 3 year license, downloaded avast and installed it. The next day I tried running it and entered the license key received on email. It came up invalid, so I made sure it was 100% correct, copypasting checking for spaces or anything of the sort, but still no luck. I contacted Element5 who the license was bought through and they just sent me a standard mail saying:

“If the license key is still being rejected, please contact the software
publisher directly. The publisher is responsible for technical or product
related support. You can find the publisher’s contact address in your
e-mail order notification, on the publisher’s Web site or in your order
information in “My account” at http://ccc.element5.com/ccc/?languageid=1

There was no contact adress in the email order, and all links in the received emails are dead. I hope you can help, as i very much would like to use your product!

Make sure you’ve entered the key correctly. It’s best to copy and paste it and make sure you don’t copy white spaces.
Also check if the clock and date are correct. If all this fails, contact sales@avast.com for more information.

I have written sales@avast.com, and hopefully they can help. As I mentioned, I have copy&pasted several times, making sure that no empty spaces or typos were present.

What is the error message?
Is your system date/time correct?
Do you use copy & paste method?
Are you sure you do not include the ‘last blank space’ in the paragraph while copying & pasting?
