After switching from iphone 11 to 13, my avast password manager will not accept my account password verification. I put in my master pw and then ask to verify account pw and does nothing???

Are you able to access my.avast.com? Are you able to access Avast Passwords on Windows?
I deleted my iphone password app due to the password not being accepted. Now I cant see it in the app store.
There does not seem to be passwords in the secure browser apart from those in the default iphone password manager.
The app is in purchased. When I tried to login after re-downloading the app, the app is stuck on “Logging in…”.
