Avast! should fix the Update process.Look at Screenshot.It say there are no 150724-1 version on history but virus definitions version say other thing(150724-2).Why ???
Again it is you who don’t know how things are working.
Updates are spread out over a period of time to prevent spikes on the server load.
This has been explained several times before.
Please do some proper researching/searching before posting.

In the attached picture, Avast virus update history page is clearly missing the 150724-1 while the Avast application of the user shows it installed.

Update of the website have lower priority. It is of cours more important to push out updates then updating website

You should still be getting the streaming updates (image1 & 2) when you get the next VPS update it contains the previous streaming updates. So you should still be getting updates and you aren’t unprotected.
The latest VPS update is 150725-0 (image3).

There is nothing missing/strange in the image.
It might not be missing as such if there were only engine updates then there may not be an entry for it. The actual VPS Updates does more than just virus definition updates. This has happened in the past, but as Pondus said sometimes the web page isn’t updated as quickly as it should.
But it doesn’t help clarity of what has been updated. Now with streaming updates, the VPS updates are not as critical as before and I guess that too would include the VPS update webpage.

Because we all live in different time zones, streaming updates are going to be released relating to Central European Time and I’m only 1 hour different you are many hours ahead. But overall it should be the same/balance out, you may get a large batch of them after you first start your PC.
My guess there are times when the streaming updates aren’t released as frequently (night time).

Signatures reduce as part of house keeping, new signatures can/will cover many of the old thereby covering more and reducing numbers at the same time.
Well it isn’t lower every time, if it just got bigger and bigger every time it would get completely unmanageable. Just look in your defs folder, one VPS folder is 112MB in size for the full virus database. They are continually optimizing the virus signatures to detect more from less signatures.
I have been using avast for a little over 11 years and I can remember the VPS size being around 30+MB.

The VPS sometimes gets (a bit) smaller and sometimes larger.
It all depends on what is removed, changed, added as well as what new/better protection the application itself (or one of the components) has gotten.
As the number of streaming updates is shown for a rolling 24 hour period, I don’t suppose the time zone of any given user matters.

Of course it does as you can see from the two instances shown. The releases are based on Central European Time, what is shown on the users statistics is based on the system time (local time). It also depends when the avast program starts its 24hr period or if it is a rolling 24hr period. So far in the last 24hrs I now have only 194 streaming updates.
We see this very frequently in the forums and it is a very rare occasion when the number received in the last 24hrs is the same.
Then you add to the equation they may also receive a VPS update, which contains all of the previous streaming updates (received or not).
