Pop up on my PC asked to allow ArmourySocketServer I clicked yes and now think it may have been a virus.

If an Avast Alert a screenshot of the Alert with the see Details option selected might help.

This isn’t an Avast Alert. Do you actually have Avast installed ?
Are you only using the Windows Firewall ?
If you have Avast Installed, it has a Firewall component. I would suggest trying/using the Avast Firewall and disable the Windows Defender Firewall.
I am using Avast not Windows security at all. I checked and Avast is the security settings for my PC. Yesterday I ran a full scan with Avast no results. I do have a Asus mother board and new Asus mouse that changes colors. I don’t know why Windows Defender firewall that is not running pop up is on my screen? Search Armoury Socket Server is not a virus, not sure?
I have no idea why the Windows Defender Firewall is getting involved at all.
Given that you say it is disabled and confirmed by your image that it is ‘supposedly’ switched off to avoid conflict with another Firewall (Avast).
