Sorry for my bad English ;D

Web of trust flags it as a Malicious website.

Avast has done it’s job.

Since it is being reported as an Win32:AntiKeyLog I suspect this is recognised as an Anti-Keylogger so it seems the detection is correct, unfortunately you haven’t posted the full information, e.g. the bit after the malware name [PUP] or [Trj] etc. as some might consider its use unwanted ?

It could also be a common tactic to offer a tool that comes with an unwanted gift.

You could also check the offending/suspect file at: VirusTotal - Multi engine on-line virus scanner and report the findings here the URL in the Address bar of the VT results page. You can’t do this with the file securely in the chest, you need to extract it to a temporary (not original) location first, see below.

  • avast5 - Create a folder called Suspect in the C: drive. Now exclude that folder in the File System Shield, Expert Settings, Exclusions, Add, type (or copy and paste) C:\Suspect* That will stop the File System Shield scanning any file you put in that folder. Now enter the chest again and Extract the file to the Suspect folder and upload it to VT.
  • avast4 - Create a folder called Suspect in the C: drive. Now exclude that folder in the Standard Shield, Customize, Advanced, Add, type (or copy and paste) C:\Suspect* That will stop the standard shield scanning any file you put in that folder.
You should now be able to export any file in the chest to this folder and upload it to VirusTotal without avast alerting.

I see that there are many that simply see it as a keylogger as it will effectvely use some of the same technology to prevent the use of keyloggers.

Whilst avast and a couple of other correctly identify it as an anti-keylogger, though I personally wouldn’t use it anyway as there is more than enough doubt on its status.
