Hi, I cancelled my auto-renewal subscription yet £39.99 has still been taken from my account by Digital River. I don’t understand it. The only solution I can think of is that I have another subscription attached to my credit card but I have been unable to find this account. Is it possible for the Avast team to just cancel all subscriptions connected to my account and delete all my accounts, if there are any? I don’t want any Avast products yet I haven’t been able to find a solution for this.
